Intellectual Property Rights Policy

Platform Intellectual Property Ownership

Jedlee (جيدلي) and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Smart Start Real Estate Marketing Services. This includes, but is not limited to: • The platform name "Jedlee" (جيدلي) and all associated trademarks, logos, and brand elements • The platform's software code, architecture, design, and user interface • All proprietary data, algorithms, and analytical tools developed for the platform • Marketing materials, content, and creative assets produced by or for the platform • Domain names including jedlee.sa and all associated subdomains No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Smart Start Real Estate Marketing Services.

User-Generated Content and Licensing

When advertisers and users upload content to the Jedlee platform (including property images, descriptions, floor plans, videos, and other materials), the following terms apply: • Advertisers retain ownership of their original content • By uploading content, advertisers grant Jedlee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the content on the platform and associated marketing channels • Advertisers represent and warrant that they have the legal right to upload and share all content, and that such content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights • Jedlee reserves the right to remove any content that is found to violate intellectual property rights or platform policies • This license terminates when the advertiser removes the content or closes their account, except for copies that may exist in backups or have been shared by other users prior to removal

Third-Party Intellectual Property Protection

Jedlee is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of third parties. The platform strictly prohibits: • Uploading or displaying content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of any third party • Using another real estate company's logos, brand names, or proprietary images without authorization • Copying property descriptions, images, or marketing materials from other platforms or websites • Using developer or project logos without proper authorization from the rights holder • Misrepresenting the source or ownership of any content uploaded to the platform Jedlee actively monitors content for potential IP violations and cooperates with rights holders to address infringement claims promptly.

Infringement Reporting and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content on the Jedlee platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit an infringement report by providing the following information: 1. Your full name and contact information (email, phone number) 2. A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed 3. The specific URL or location of the infringing content on the Jedlee platform 4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder 6. Your physical or electronic signature Submit infringement reports to: [email protected] Upon receiving a valid infringement report, Jedlee will: • Acknowledge receipt within 2 business days • Investigate the claim and review the reported content • Remove or disable access to the infringing content within 4 business days if the claim is verified • Notify the content uploader of the action taken • Maintain records of all infringement reports and actions taken

Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on the Jedlee platform: • Uploading property images stolen or copied from other real estate platforms, agents, or developers without permission • Using watermarked images belonging to other companies or photographers • Copying property descriptions verbatim from competing platforms or listings • Creating fake or misleading listings using another party's intellectual property • Scraping, crawling, or automatically extracting content from the Jedlee platform without written authorization • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform • Using automated tools or bots to interact with the platform in ways that violate these policies • Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings on the platform

Consequences of Intellectual Property Violations

Jedlee takes intellectual property violations seriously. Consequences for violating this policy include: • Immediate removal of the infringing content • Written warning to the advertiser/user • Temporary suspension of the advertiser's account (for repeat offenders) • Permanent account termination (for severe or repeated violations) • Reporting the violation to the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) as required by platform licensing standards • Reporting to the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) when applicable • Legal action to recover damages caused by the infringement Per REGA platform licensing standards, an advertiser who commits 3 violations within a 12-month period will have their account suspended for up to 1 year.

Compliance with Saudi Intellectual Property Law

This Intellectual Property Rights Policy is governed by and complies with the following Saudi Arabian laws and regulations: • Saudi Trademark Law (Royal Decree M/21) — governing the registration and protection of trademarks • Saudi Copyright Law (Royal Decree M/41) — governing the protection of creative works and content • Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) regulations — governing IP registration and enforcement • Real Estate General Authority (REGA) Platform Licensing Standards — requiring platforms to protect intellectual property rights • Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126) — governing electronic commerce and digital content • Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — governing the protection of personal data associated with IP claims Jedlee cooperates fully with Saudi regulatory authorities in matters relating to intellectual property protection and enforcement.
